Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 3-8 business days. During Holidays and any sales shipping time is 3-15 days.
All of our deliveries are shipped from FedEx or USPS.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.


Exchange Policy: We only replace items if the size is wrong or if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us a email at

Sale Items: We Do not EXCHANGE or REFUND any SALE items.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.
