Shipping Policy

Shipping
Shipping time is 3-8 business days. During Holidays and any sales shipping time is 3-15 days.
All of our deliveries are shipped from FedEx or USPS.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

No REFUNDS, EXCHANGE only.

Exchange Policy: We only replace items if the size is wrong or if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us a email at info@ta-naja.com

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.
