  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 3 days after receiving it.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached 
  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages if lost or stolen. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your exchange has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your exchange for it to be processed 

 

Items returned for an exchange with any damage or stains will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

Once we receive customer exchange merchandise we will immediately process your order.
